Policies

Payment policy: When booking any service, 20% of payment is due during the initial booking and the rest of payment is due on the last day of the reservation or visit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Boarding / House Sitting: Clients may cancel 3 days prior to reservation date without any penalty. Reservations cancelled 24-48 hours before reservation date, will be charged 50% of their entire reservation. 
  • Drop in Visits / Walks
    • Regularly weekly scheduled clients can cancel the same day but will be charged full visit/walk amount if you forget to cancel before the sitter arrives.
    • Non-regular clients need to cancel 48 hours in advance or will be charged 50% of the entire reservation.
  • Holiday Cancellation: Boarding, house sitting, drop in visits or walks must be cancelled a week prior to reservation date or will be charged 50% of the entire reservation.

Emergency Care Policy

  • In the event of a pet illness or other medical emergency and a specified vet is unavailable, the pet will be taken to the closest vet or Vet Emergency Clinic.  Client understands and agrees that attempts will be made to contact the client in case of any emergency and if client is unreachable, the pet sitter has permission to authorize any care the vet deems necessary for the pet’s health, safety, and survival. Client agrees to reimburse Pawfect Bliss for any additional fees and all costs relating to vet care during their absence, which may include x-rays, blood work, surgery and/or other expensive procedures, as well as an emergency medical transport fee of $30.
